S1E8: More to Life than Broadway Featuring Hannah Corneau

Welcome to another episode of Stage Door Medium!  This week,I sit down with the incomparable, ethereal being that is Hannah Corneau.  Hannah made her Broadway debut as Elphaba in Wicked and was also seen across the country as Yitzhak in the national tour of Hedwig and the Angry Inch. This week, Hannah and I discuss her theatrical career and how there are equally beautiful and gratifying paths that don’t involve Broadway in order to feel just as fulfilled artistically.

We cover a LOT of ground this week.  Some other topics include the importance of a mentor, asking for help, egos blocking us from doing our best work, in addition to separating our identity from our work even though they seem inextricably tied.

As usual, we discuss the reading I gave Hannah (If you’re more into Mediumship, we really get into it this week) as well as what “leveling up” is and what it looks like for a Medium.

Finally, Hannah talks about her fashion business endeavor, The Rose House, and that one special apron (It came up in the reading!) as an homage to her grandmother.
